How about a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Or a lettus tomato sandwich would be good too.

Myself as well as my kids (ages 12,13 and 17) love chicken and cheese...
1 Can of(breast) white meat chicken
2 TBS Mayonnaise
1 Cup grated cheese(any kind you like,Mozzarella,Mild Cheddar etc...)

Mix Ingredients together in bowl, add some black pepper if you like.
Eat with Saltine Crackers...it is very good and healthy.

a delicious sandwich with tomato and cheese, try it , u will love it ;)

how about tuna sandwich?
tuna is good for you..
just a little mayonnaise and lettuce and if you want you could put garlic or even onions.

PIZZA

bean,chorizo and cheese burrito,
bacon lettuce and tomato sandwhich
jiffy cornbread w/ filling/s inbetween
cubed steak sandwhich
thermos full of nice soup/stew
chili,crackers/toast

Left over corn beef....
