Chinese food for picky eaters????!
What kind of chinese food would be a safe choice?..
Answers: I'm a really picky eater and will usually only order General Tso's chicken custom ordered with white meat only. I'm tired of ordering the same thing. I don't usually order anything new because if I dont like it I'll have nothing to eat for dinner!

white chicken meat stirfried with clearish plain sauce and lots of crispy veggies.
Its a lot plainer than the General Tso's-you are too wild! ;-)
panda express. i has a whole lot of different flavors. so even a picky eater would luv this place.
a Chinese that is good is orange chicken and beef broccoli!!
Sweet and Sour Chicken. Simple, batter dipped chicken with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.

I loved the chicken with green beans at panda express but, alas, they stopped offering it.
My daughter is sorta like you. She likes vegetable chow mein and loves paper wrapped chicken but that's not easy to find..

I think the only way out of your dilemma is to try each thing they offer somehow (over time maybe) and then you will be able to figure out which ones you like and which you don't...
