Are there any place in the world that serves whale meat?!

Question: I've eaten whale meat when I lived in Japan in the 60's.

It was the most delicious meat that I've ever eaten. It was marinated in soy sauce and melted in my mouth.

Are there any place in the world that still serve whale meat?

I went to Japan about 7 years ago and they don't serve whale any more.

It is considered a kind of national dish in Norway, although I doubt they serve it with soy sauce there. Whale is still hunted by Norwegian fishermen.

Alaskan natives eat it. Saw it on an episode of Bizzare foods with Andrew Zimmern. Not sure if they will sell it to you, but they are allowed to hunt it and eat it.

They probly do now with all the whaling thats goin on

whales are endangered, and only one country still violates the international treaty to ban hunting them. Japan.

I think Japan and native Americans/Canadians
However, whaling in japan is used under the guise of scientific research.....
otherwise whale meat is not legal that i know of
