A TASTY WHAT LOL

Haha I don't know, sorry, but pancit is good stuff!

I don't know how to make it, but I've had pancit with vegetables and chicken, which was very good. Add some lumpia on the side, you're good to go.

Ooh pansit!

thanks for the question. Pancit is my favorite dish .

traditional ingredients are carrots, cabbage, this one we call baguio beans, im sorry, i dont know what it is in english.. cooked chichen breast, shredded, chiken broth, chicken liver in small pieces. flat beans.skinned small shrimps.
my mom would cook it this way: first, sautee garlic and onions, then add the liver, when the liver's done, add chicken shreds, then the hard vegetables, let it simmer for a while, then add the broth, then flavor with soy sauce and pepper depending on your taste preferences. And then let the vegetables cook. when it's done, remove the vegetables from the pan, leaving the soup thing (i mean the broth, i hope you get that, =)) and then let the bihon (soaked in tap water) cook in that broth. there! this way the bihon gets really tasty..

this is my Favorite, Filipino dishes

Pancit

Ingredients:

2(8ounce)packages rice noodles(orchid brand)
1(10ounce)package carrots(julienne)
1/2 lb fresh green beans
1 large onion
6 chicken thighs(deboned & shredded)
patis(fish sauce)
pepper

Directions:

1. First boil your meat in a lot of water. Save this stock because this is what you will boil your noodles inches
2. Debone your chicken and thinly slice the green beans and onions while you boil the noodles. Noodles should not be cooking for very long at all. Just long enough for them to get nice and soft.
3. Drain and cut noodles. I make several cuts into the noodles with kitchen sheers.
4. Sautee your vegetables and set this aside.
5. In a large wok or the pot that you boiled the noodles in ayer noodles, vegetables, meat and sauce or you could just mix it all together. I find it easier to layer it.

What kind of noodles is it? Is it bihon???
Filipino cuisine is awesome, i was raised eating it..

Sorry i dont know the measurements, because i dont measure.

Chicken or pork. you can use both. Boil the bones for a few hours, with some salt and garlic. Or you can buy stock already made..

Carrots (cut like match sticks)
Beans (cut thinly diagonal way)
Shredded cabbage
In a wok. add oil. Brown some garlic, and then add onions.
Put the meat in and cook it. Add some soy sauce (not too much) And some ground pepper..
Add the vegetables
Add some stock, and taste it if you need to add more soy sauce or salt.
Add the noodles, and cook it. When the noodles are soft, then its cooked. Dont cook it too much or it will be sticky.

You can even add shrimp to it.. Or fish balls :)
