Has any one heard of barqu cups and if u have a recepi?!
Ingredients:
cooking spray or 1tablespoon butter
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes or
1/4 cup chopped fresh onions or
1 package onion soup mix(single-serving)
1 can refrigerated biscuits(large sized biscuits)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2)Spray or grease the cups of a muffin tin.
3)In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef until browned; drain off drippings.
4)Stir in the barbecue sauce and onion; simmer on low for 10 minutes.
5)Flatten each biscuit with your hand or a rolling pin and press into the cups of the muffin tin; the dough needs to come to the top of each cup.
6)Place a portion of the beef mixture into each dough cup.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
8)Remove from oven, sprinkle each cup with grated cheese, and bake for an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
