Rosé/tomato pasta sauce recipe?!
Answers: Can anyone recommend a quick and simple sauce recipe? I have tomato paste, yogurt (for the creaminess) and some herbs. Any quick simple advice? Thanks! 10pts for best answer!
Depends on what herbs you have. I grind peppers into my tomato sauce, for example. Generally, though, I advice against paste and yogurt to make sauce. They don't blend very well.

i would sautee onion and some garlic in olive oil. then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. cook a minute then add the container of yogurt. if it appears too thick, add milk. salt and pepper and fresh chopped basil and maybe parsley
