What is the best way to roast a tomatillo, before making salsa with it?!
Answers: Put the tomatillos in oven under broil. Rotate once to roast evenly.
I just put them in a sauce pan with a little water, whole clove garlic and cook on low-med until nice and brown.

The fact that I've never seen anyone roast tomatillos doesn't mean it's never done, just that I've never heard of anyone that does that.
