Question: my student brought these in one day for breakfast and I know they are venezuelan.

Oatmeal Pancakes

9 pancakes
MIX TOGETHER IN A MD BOWL

1 1/2 c Oatmeal
2 ts Baking powder;
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Cinnamon;

BEAT IN
1 c Low-fat milk
1 tb Oil
1 Egg
1/4 c Raisins

Lightly oil a frying pan and spoon batter on by tablespoon turning
when the top bubbles.
The pancakes are great for lunch sandwishes too. The oatmeal ones are
especially good with peanut butter.

Venezuelan Oatmeal Pancakes

2 eggs
2? cups milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
? cup sugar (or 1 tablespoon sweetener)
1 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon soda
2? cups flour (more if needed)
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 handfuls of raisins (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Blend together and fry on well greased griddle over medium heat.
