What type of food do the people of Morocco eat?!

Besides couscous, Morocco is famous for its tajines. This is also the name of the cylindrical vessel in which this dish is made. It a delicious recipe similar to a curry or stew.

Another famous dish is bistella or b'stilla, this is a phyllo pastry usually filled with minced pigeon meat. Moroccan mint tea is also very traditonal. Lots of lovely salads (like carrot & raisin salad) & Moroccan bread round out a typical meal.

A lot of couscous, lemon pepper chicken, shishkabobs. They also put chickpeas and olives in A LOT of their dishes.
