Mostly we make snacks and sweets for Holi.
Chaat and Dal Kachori...and Gujia!!!

This question again depends on the region in India, but generally lots of sweets & savory snacks are made. As far as dinner, usually the favorites are made.

SWEETS: gulab jamun, burfi, ladoos, karanji...

SAVORY SNACKS: chakli, sev, chewda...

Here alot of people drink BHANG on Holi, it's a marijuana milkshake.

dude, I forgot about bhang! that's true, people drink that stuff and go crazy dancing thru the streets all day throwing color everywhere.
