I would like to make polvoron, but don't have the presser/molder?!

Question: Is it okay to use those candy molds? It would probably be too hard to take out, right? Any other advices?

You could actually serve it in it's powdered unshaped form with teaspoons or try using a cookie cutter. Put it on a flat surface then spoon polvoron onto it, pack it in and even it out like you would the ordinary polvoron presser. That way you could push the polvoron out from either side.

what is that ?????? and by the way your avatar pic. is soooooo cute is that your dog????????????

Yes, give it a try.. Or you can go out and buy a mold, and just pack it in .

I love polvoron.. I tried to get my friends to eat it, but they choked..

Sorry, we have no matches for polvoron

Polvoron or Pulvoron is not the same if it's not in mold form. I don't know if you have a Pilipino store there - they usually have the molds for it - but you can try this site: http://shop.art-app.com/index.php?main_p... it is somewhat expensive, but if you are going to make a lot, it is a good investment. I hope you have a good recipe for it. Peace!!!
