Does anyone know of a restaurant where I can get lancelets?!


Question: The scientific name is Branchiostoma. They are also called Amphioxus. I have read that they eat them in south China. Does anyone know of a restaurant that serves them?

Dont think there is a market for them in the US, maybe in Chinatown as an "off the menu, quietly ask for only" type of speciality .
