Given the sauce they put on it I'm sure nobody would suspect. A chinese takeaway was closed down near to where I live a few years ago, the environmental health found dog carcasses in the freezers. Nor a nice thought though, and her parents would be totally devastated

I never eat a kebab, I got sick from the last one, that's why I always have a pizza on the way home from the pub
It all depends on how one feels.
Simply make 'em yourself if you feel this way.
They're a lot more satisfying after you've cook em yourself.

Lamb shish is ok, as you can see that it is whole pieces of meat.

Actually a friend of ours, did find a partial 'pigs ear' in his pudding supper once that he'd bought from a chip shop.. (this really is true) he took it to the Health Dept who said that meat sometimes used in fillings were made up from 'offal' (insides of animals) and this extended to waste products like ears, snouts etc.
Put me right off chip-shop puddings forever !!

NO,kebabs use what is known as mechanically recovered meat or Lips,***** and Arseholes as we say in the catering trade
I never eat Kebab, not because of not trusting whatever in that meat, but can't stand that loaf of meat being exposed in the open air all day long with pollution of air and flies surrounding it.
