Answers: What is an exotic food you have tried and the one food you refuse to try?
Gee, I've tried a lot. Balut, goat's eye, ants, bumble bee jelly, and quite a few others.
Won't try: human. That's about it.
I have tried carpaccio, clams, muscles, oysters, mussels, conch, and all kinds of weird foods.
I will not eat clams, muscles, oysters, or mussels.
Sea urchin was pretty exotic in Colorado. Sweet breads, morel mushrooms, truffle oil, froie gra (spl), octopus, the worm from a bottle of mescal, chittlins, a Mexican soup that had a goat head in it and my grandmother used to make brains with eggs for breakfast. I'll try just about anything unless it's an insect or smells just plain awful (Chittlins didn't smell too pleasant but I tried it anyway) I almost forgot, I have never tried blood sausage or rocky mountain oysters (bull testicles).
