Lechon Kawali (Pork )& Lots of pickled papaya ! with Garlic rice & fried egg! .

Lechon Kawali can be prepared by boiling the Side Pork (Bacon unccut) for 2 hours at least with bay leaf,vinegar, soy sauce . Then pat dry with towel dry .Half bake it then fry .

I like.. Adobo, sinigang, fresh lumpia, chocolate meat, filipino spaghetti, pancit palabok

I grew up eating filipino food.. I love it.

Filipino dishes all of it. Humba, Pansit, Lechon, Longonisa, Tinapa, Bulalo, Pinakbet, Igado, Bagus Sinigang, Shirmp Sarciado, Adobo, Pork & Squash, Pumkin & Pork, Mongo Beans w/Bitter Melon, Bitter Melon w/eggs & pork, so many all of them.
