I ama former chef and live in Tronot, and if there is not japanese store in Ottawa now, then a trip to the Big Smoke is about the only way to get it, I know of 3 places in downtown Tornto that sell it, none will send it as it is frozen, I buy variuos types and enjoy it greatly, I had it when I worked in Japan when I worked as a chef in Tokyo back in the 1980's.

Sanko on Queen St just west of Bathurst, near Shaw, if you have a friend there that can buy it and bring it to you or courier it next that may be a your only choice, when I worked in Montreal there are a couple of Japanese places there to that have it.
