Question: Just for fun. Name some bizarre foods any of you all have tried and the experience. And if you have any websites besides Andrew Zimmern's website on bizarre foods, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, i'll read every single one

Dinuguan (also called dinardaraan in Ilocano, or pork blood stew in English) is a Filipino savory stew of blood and meat simmered in a rich, spicy gravy of pig blood, garlic, chili and vinegar.

We also call them chocolate meat

If you read Lonely Planet guides or become a member of the Thorn Tree Forum, you will get a lot more info on bizarre foods. Personally, I have had pickled octopus in Spain. Blood Sausage in London, and I will travel to Mexico and I will eat greasshoppers in Oaxaca.

Sorry but the most bizzare food I have eaten is alligator meat! Honestly I can't compare the taste to anything else I've eaten!

shark is freaking delish (but make sure you know where it came from if you try it, try to avoid animal cruelty at all costs!) really
'S car go' how ever you spell that isn't that good :P
wild lamb cooked caveman style and a little burnt is freakin delish also lol
squid and octopus can both be good if prepared properly or really bad (gets rubbery)
pomegranate is really interesting, it will stain everything red and looks like blood, but it's good as a juice and made entirely of seeds, i guess that's why the juice tends to be expensive
mahi mahi fish is only good in the states, in hawaii or mexico its quite gross lol
oh yeah...crocodile is VERY tangy, and tastes a little like chicken

Monkey meat & Camel meat are good!

Whale burger! lol You can find more whale dishes at http://hubpages.com/hub/Whale-Done-Artic...
