it will depend on the preparation of the atsara, it can last for a year but for the optimum flavor and taste, consume it within six months after opening and refrigerate it, the best tasting atsara which i have tasted is made in calaca, batangas, philippines. once you have tasted it, the contents will not last for 1 month because it will be consumed very fast.

It will last up to one year without refrigeration, once it is opened it should be refrigerated.
