If by 'best', you mean a particular brand name there's hardly any substantial difference in nutritional analysis for different brands, each will give you high antioxidant levels & other health benefits unless you buy really substandard stuff which maybe has been adulterated.

But there are many different types of Chinese green tea with differing characteristics. A premium green tea is Long Jing (Dragon Well). Some green teas come in small bundles or balls like Bai Mao Zhu (White Brow Pearl) and Long Zhu (Dragon Pearl), instead of separated tea leaves. You can also try the Japanese green teas. As for chai tea, there's no equivalent mainstream spiced tea in Chinese tea. It's Indian in origin which uses black tea and the chai green teas common in the West these days were customised by the Western tea industry.

Tea has precious little nutrients. A bit of caffeine and some anti-oxidants. A little fluorine and iron too.

Lipton Green Tea, not very expensive, yet all the flavour, and best yet, you can find it in any store whatsoever.

green tea is rich in anti-oxidants, and if u catch cold its the best medicine..........its low in caffeine if made properly.......
