What is racism against tacos?!

Question: As the article refers it is a reference to racism against other minorities other than African-Americans and was set off by Fraternity & Sorority students who threw a Fietsta themed party and photographed themselves in derogatory costumes such as janitor coveralls and gardening clothes at a University in Illinois. The pics showed up on Facebook and from there the backlash began.
