Question: how much fat is in a meal called gai mamuang and pad peow warn

Answers: how much fat is in a meal called gai mamuang and pad peow warn

Gai mumuang = chicken and cashew nuts
Pad preow wan = sweet and sour

How much fat? That really depend on how much is used by the person who cooks it and how big is the serving. There is no exact standard fat content in any given dish. If you use lean chicken meat then the fat content will be less. How much oil is used to cook the two dishes is up to the person AT THE TIME.

In general though, those two dishes are NOT oily dishes. Gai mamaung is stir fried. Pad preow wan is basically sweet and sour and it depends on what type of meat is used. Note though, that THAI dishes are NOT the same as chinese dishes even though it might have similar names.

Hope this helps
