I can not picture,, once any of the grains or corn were ground
( back to perhistoric caveman) that flat bread would not be one of the first foods to make..
It seems to me putting a sauce or meat on the bread or using it to scoop up other food would follow JUST by logic..
as for it being a taco ???
I think I have seen just about every culture on every Continent that depict home cooking make some kind of flat bread
