Instant Udon in packages, cooked in the microwave?!
Answers: You know those packages of instant Udon noodles *that are already soft*, is it okay to cook those in the microwave? We don't have a stove here at my dorm so I made mine in the microwave!
My little brother loves those udon packets. There are 2 types:
one is add hot water, cover & steam, the other requires boiling the package with water for 3-4 minutes. He does both types in the microwave. You may have to keep checking to see if it's done, depending on how powerful your microwave is in the dorm.
