Put too much of sour curds in a kofta dish, how do I rectify the taste ?!

Question: The best way would be to take out some of liquid in the kofta dish and then adjust with more water and spices. To make it thick and creamy, you can add a paste made with cashews and water. Good luck!

sugar?

Did you put too much dahi in the curry for koftas?

A great trick is to add a cup or two of cooked/mashed dal (like toor dal) into the curry. It will neutralize the dish. You could also add some coconut cream to add some sweetness to counterbalance the sour taste.
