What is your all time favorite Ethnic food or cusine?!
Answers: Italian is my favorite above all, then "authentic" Mexican. I put authentic is quotes because I don't really believe I am eating authentic Mexican food at these restaurants.
I love American Asian food not the real Asian food just the fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken and egg drop soup and stuff like that

Jingha Molee. Spiced king prawns with coconut milk.
Lebanese or Syrian. Very healthy and since mist of their dishes incorporate both meat and vegetables together you find yourself eating your veggies easily.
Thai FOOD !!! their wide varieties of non fat salad!!!

Japanese food. Best in the world. Sushi, sashimi, shabu shabu, okinomiyaki, tongatsu, niku jaga, natto, and on and on.
It depends on my mood.... but .. pho always comes up in my mind...!!!
