Chips, as long as they are from a fish and chip shop. They have the perfect mix of crispiness together with sogginess.

edit : I would have given a more lengthy answer, but at the time I was dipping a family pack of sweet chilli crisps into some mild salsa dip.
I would pick chips with salt ,vinegar, and ketchup :)

I probably eat crisps more often and I think chips are best if they are home made or from the chippy so I'd choose crisps. There are more varieties anyway!
