Veggie Mite....It's their version of Peanut Butter...so they say my son went two years ago.

Kangaroo tail. Pickled wombat.

Veggiemite is basically marmite.

Basically BBQs, such as the normal beef. But also kangaroo, ostrich, crocodile and emu. They'r very tasty.

But thats really it, the rest of their food is pretty universal.

ok - an answer from an aussie. vegemite is authentic australian, served spread on toast or sandwiches. We have in my opinion the best seafood in the world, including sydney rock oysters, flathead and coral and rainbow trout. pavlova and rissoles. fusion food, especially asian fusion, given our proximity to there. kangaroo, emu etc never eaten on a day to day basis. in fact, most australians do not eat this. strong meditteranean influence in a lot of our food due to high migrant population. we love a good meat pie and a proper hamburger with beetroot and pineapple on!

hi check out http://www.AussieFoodShop.com that should do you! see ya kelly

im an aussie an i have never eaten kangaroo, crocodile, emu or anything like that.i dont really know what is authentic australian food cos we got so many different cultures here its not funny.im guessing vegemite (awsome!!) pavalova bbq's lol and meat pies :)

We have alot of BBQs. Australia is a multicultural country. We eat everything.. Seafood is good here if its really fresh

Whoever said vegemite is our version of peanut butter. NO its not, no wonder people dont like it and spread it on like its peanut butter. We have our own peanut butter.

I've never eaten kangaroo, emu, crocodile.. etc..
