Polish biscuit, called (excuse the spelling will type as it sounds) katazinki?!


Question: Its a ginger biscuit with chocolate around it, its a pack of 6 biscuits in brown plastic type wrapper. My nana used to get me them when little and I cant get them anywhere. Im in Scotland any ideas on shops that are selling them or online shops?

I think you are talking about Katarzynki - gingerbread cookies in chocolate. They are made by Kopernik.
