This is either cilantro or mint chutney (maybe a combination).
It's basically fresh cilantro (or mint or a mix), ginger, garlic & green chilies zapped with a little water in a blender.

mix it with a little plain yoghurt and you've got a mint, chilli and coriander raita, great with roast meats or barbecued food.
