Any Fufu lovers?!
Answers: Its my favorite food. Its a West African dish.
I used to eat the Ghanian one Banku with a Goat and okra stew at a Ghana womens restaurant in Toronto Canada, I have bought it here at an African grocery and had fufu at a Nigerian place with a fish stew.
We have the cassava, sour corn and palntian ones here in packages, I also have bought the Brazilian Cassava flour (Maniouc) and it works well for it, a bit coarser and bit chewier.
