Mexican - Chicken Enchilada

english - shepherds pie
I love Thai food.
Also Middle Eastern (not sure which country, but Felafel, Tabouleh, Pita, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, etc.)

Greek-Gyro w/ Cucumber/Yogurt Sauce
Mexican-Sour Creme Chicken Enchiladas, Salty Barbacoa Taco, Shrimp Ceviche, Picadillo Taco, Beef Fajita, Shrimp Fajita.
Chinese- Chinese Noodles in Peanut Sauce, Shrimp w/ Lobster Sauce, Pepper Steak, Hot n Sour Soup, and the buffet style Walnut Shrimp.
Japanese-Sushi
Thai-Curry Chicken on Jasmine Rice
Vietnamese-Pho Ga, Crispy Fried Spring Rolls
German-Geman Potato Salad and Grilled Bratwurst w/ Sauerkraut
Italian-Fettuccini Alfredo, Spicy Meat Pizza w/ Red Pepper Flake, and Ravioli w/ tangy Marinara.
Greek, imami (eggplant and a tomato sauce)
Romanian, zacusca.
Chinese, nearly everything palatable to the western toungue.
British, roasts, pies.
Australian, BBQs and meats.
Mexican, enchiladas, fajitas.
Indian, rojan josh.
German, bratwurst, kartofel salad.
French, truffles.
Russian, beef stroganoff, caviar.
I like a lot.

English - Brocolli and Stilton Soup, Eggs and Bacon
American - Chicken with mash, biscuits and gravy
Chinese - Duck spring rolls, with hoisin sauce dip, egg fried rice
That's about it really, I'm not very adventurous with food.
