Kalbe or bulgogi?!

Both are really good but I'd go with bulgogi. It's easier to prepare and cooks quickly. Also you can cook it on the table while eating if you have one of the portable grills. Many of the korean restaurants have them and they can be found easily at an asian supermarkets.
I take it that you're Korean? I like bulgogi over kalbe, have fun!
Kalbi has the bone still attached and harder to find in stores, so I would think Bulgogi would be easier. You should be able to find both in your local Asian food market.
"karbi" and bul-go-gi are extremely delicious - make both of them! please remember the kimchee!!! wouldn't be a korean dinner without it!!! have fun and enjoy!!!
