This is the recipe I use for
Thai Prawn Stir Fry

Preparation Time 10 min
Cooking Time 15 min
Serves 2 people

Ingredients Method
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Yellow pepper, diced
4 Baby corn, cut into quarters
50g Peas, defrosted
200g Cooked, peeled tiger prawns
1 tsp Blue Dragon Thai Fish Sauce
120g sachet Blue Dragon Stir Fry Thai Red Curry Sauce
1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the pepper and baby corn for 3-4 minutes.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further minute until heated through.

3. Serve with Thai fragrant rice or noodles.

add a little oil to a wok add 1 chopped onion and red pepper and green pepper chopped and the prawns to the wok until cooked the get a bowl and add some soyer saurce and some seammie oil and add to the wok stir fy and sirve with some white rice

THAI STIR-FRIED PRAWNS with NOODLES

125g/4 and half oz rice noodles
30ml/2 tbsp groundnut ( peanut ) oil
1 large garlic clove, crushed
150g/5oz large prawns, peeled and deveined
15g/ half oz dried shrimp
1 piece mooli ( daikon), about 75g/3oz, grated
15ml/1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
30ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
30ml/2 tbsp palm sugar or light brown sugar
30ml/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
100g/3 and half oz/1 and three quarter cups beansprouts
40g/1 and half oz/ third of a cup peanuts, chopped
15ml/1 tbsp sesame oil
chopped coriander ( cilantro), 5ml/1 tsp dried chilli flakes, and
2 shallots, finely chopped to garnish.

1. Soak the noodles in a bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes, or according to the packet instructions. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the garlic, and stir fry over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
2. Add the prawns, dried shrimp and grated mooli and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and lime juice.
3. Drain the noodles thoroughly then snip them into smaller lengths with scissors. Add to the wok or pan with the beansprouts, peanuts and sesame oil. Toss to mix, then stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve immediately garnished with the coriander, chilli flakes and shallots.

Serves 4.
