Tonkatsu: Fried Pork Cutlet.

Get thinly sliced pork chop. Bread with flour, then beaten egg, then bread crumbs ("Panko" is best). Deep fry until golden brown. Serve over rice with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce (ketchup mixed with Wostershire sauce).

You can use thin spaghetti noodles in place of the soba noodles if you can't find them. You don't need the Sake, it is a Japenese alcohol drink.

Niku Jaga. Stew with potatoes and beef and carrots.
