Asda is great the smart price stuff has to be half decent as they have a reputation to think about
I think they do a similar one in Tesco - the thing that annoys me is that the Tesco one contains Sultanas. Curries + sultanas is a big no no! (for me)
So I put it through a sieve haha! Nasty!
I think they sell it as a loss-leader - to get you into the store so you buy other stuff.
