You need to arrange for money, you have to decide on a place, the best place for your restaurant with enough parking, get city clearance and permits, if you are cooking get HACCP certified and have to hire help. Deciding whether to have a full fledged dine place of take out. Mastering your recipes and training your employees.
The main factor is money, location and tried, tasty and fool proof recipes. Next comes marketing. Those are the few things. All the best and I hope you well.

Oh... you are so cute & very ambitious for a 13 yr old! Well first wait a few years, this will give you time to think and decide on a few important things such as ...... do I want to be an Indian chef? Or do I want to finance a restaurant, manage the place or own the restaurant.... these answers will allow you to decide on your educational path ---- if you decide to attend culinary school or get a degree in accounting/finances or in hospitality mgmt..... You may want to attend culinary school & get an MBA!
So think education first, it is the first step towards your goal.
I really admire you, good luck!! I will definitely come to dine at your restaurant when you plan to open it. I hope you decide to open it in the US, people here are obviously not so familiar with Balti cuisine as in the UK.
