What has the most protein per serving meat, beans, milk, or cereal?!


Question: Depends what kind of meat, beans, milk or cereal you're talking about. Duck, for instance, has a lot more protein than say, turkey. Lentil beans have more protein than navy beans. But generally speaking, meat will have more protein than the rest. Then probably cheese products, which include milk. Then beans. Then cereal -- which gets some of it's protein from milk, and some from grains.

If we speak in GENERAL terms, then its 1)meat 2)beans 3)milk 4)cereal

Tofu is you're best bet for protein Vs Fat content, or lean fishes such as talapia
