How do you prepare chicharron de harina?!

Question: I just bought a packet of chicharron de harina but I don't know how to cook them. A nice hispanic woman told to fry them, but I need more instructions.

If what you have are flour pellets, you have to put in a heavy pan some frying oil (not olive) and heat it, when heated, place 5-6 pellets at a time and they will quickly be cooked and golden brown, remove them and put them to drain on a paper towel. When still warm, add salt and/or chile powder.

If the ones you have are already cooked, just add some lemon and salsa (tabasco or valentina) and enjoy!!!

Good luck.
