How many calories are in a gyro plate?!

Question: I'm assuming you're talking about just a typical, regular gyro sandwich (as opposed to a combination plate which would include something like a sandwich, side dish and drink, that you'd get at a mediterranian restaurant).

While the total calories will vary greatly based on the actual contents (beef vs chicken vs veggie, with/without condiments, size, etc), the value listed on the USDA page for a "typical" gyro is 390 calories.
