There's a franchise that branches from Mcdonald's, it's called McCafe here in Singapore (i don't know about anywhere else).

not only do they serve pasta, they serve baked rice and grilled chicken chop meals as well. But it's limited to home delivery only.

The only kind of pasta that I know that McDonalds offers is a kids meal. That is only at the McDonalds in New Zeland.
