They probably have a house special Italian-get that. It would have all the good stuff-cappicola, salami, provolone at the very least. Tell them you want it with everything so you get the onions and pepper rings.

Depends on what you'll be grinding. Oh, maybe you mean a sandwich with grinders on it. If it's the sandwich then I'd go for veal.
