my busy life has forced me to make simple, fast, healthy & tasty dishes!. my "oriental" chicken is this, broil chicken breasts (no skin), place over plain white rice with some steamed vegetables, the secret is the sauce: chili paste ( the brand with the rooster on it), minced garlic & soy sauce!. douce over chicken and rice!. enjoy! the sauce is full of flavor and does not add much calories or fat to your dish!.-blureyWww@FoodAQ@Com
