Question: What is you best Tex-Mex dish that you make at home!?
Answers:
Pulled Pork Nachos

Now for me a recipe is always more of a guideline!. So take the below and make it your own!.

Whip up a batch of pulled pork
(take a boston or picnic butt and put it in the crock pot with your favorite BBQ sauce all day)

Put a bunch of Nacho style chips on a cookie sheet or Silpat if you have one!. (PS Silpats are the best thing ever)

Place a bunch of scoops of pulled pork and shredded cheeses and bake it til everything melts!.

As far as other toppings its all about taste!. Ive used olives, lettuce, refried beans, sour cream, diced tomatoes, you know the basic nacho stuff!.

Some veggies dont go in the oven because they will get wilty!. Have fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well,!.!.!.!. I live in Texas so I know this one! YAY ME! I would think starting off with an appetizer of just some tortilla chips and queso!. (You can make the queso by taking half a stick of Velveeta and cubing it!. Then put it in a microwave-safe bowl and pour a 15oz can of *Rotel brand pica de galo on top!. Put it in the microwave for 5min on high!.) Then for an entree you could make some chicken enchiladas *I'm sure you ca make those* and pour some queso on top of them!. For dessert you can make a cherry pie!. If you don't wana make a cherry pie you can just make a regular box of brownies and put a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top!. *make sure the brownies are hot when you serve them so that after you put the ice-cream on top and put it in your mouth,!.!.!.!. its a melt in your mouth sensation!* Ahhhhh! So much typing! Hope this works!Www@FoodAQ@Com
