What is a good recipe for the Japanese Kansai dish OKONOMIYAKI?!

I am a former chef and worked in Japan for a while and lie to still make here in Canada for myself and friends, it is alot like a Chinese egg foo young, but the egg mixture has abit more to it, and the garnishes like Bonito flakes, surimi and seaweed is different than the Chinese dish!.
I have a good recipe link it is a Japanese site in English and explians the process for those who are new to it!.
