Question: Sushi!?!?!?!.!.!.!?
the only sushi i like is cucumber rolls, r there ne other sushi recipes that dont have ne seafood in them, that can be ordered at most japanese restuarants!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You should be able to find the following common types of sushi:

1!. cucumber rolls (kappa-maki);
2!. inari sushi (sweet, tofu pockets stuffed with sushi rice);
3!. pickled daikon (takuan) - this is sweet and slightly salty pickled radish that is yellow in color (because of food coloring);
4!. avacodo rolls - buttery and smooth!

You can also look for rolls that include shiitaki mushrooms and gourd strips that have been simmered in a sweet broth!. (The broth is a fish stock called dashi!. But trust me, you won't even notice!)

Don't be afraid to saddle up to the sushi bar and ask the chef what he can whip up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

have you tried the california rolls!. they are usually made with the fake crab meat and cucumber and avocado!.

French Rolls are cooked shrimp tempura (which I know is seafood, but cooked)

Texas Rolls, cooked beef, spinach and cucumberWww@FoodAQ@Com

You could try egg or tofu sushi!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends, do you consider imitation crab to be seafood!? if not, then the california roll is a sushi product that i suggest for rookie types, it has no raw seafood products, and is the least aggressive in the categoryWww@FoodAQ@Com

Do you hate all seafood, or are you just avoiding raw seafood!? If some seafood is OK, try a california roll!. It's crab stick (the same sweet-tasting pink stuff you get in seafood salad) and avacado!. There are also usually items made with cooked shrimp and real, cooked crab!.

If it's really no seafood at all, try an avacado roll, a pickled radish roll (oshinko)!. Futomaki is a big roll made with a few kinds of veggies and cooked egg (not runny)!. also try a sweet dish called inari!. It is rice wrapped in a thin, fried tofu pocket!. It's sweet and yummy!.

Most places will have their own invented rolls, and sometimes one or two are vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

they have ones with egg and ones with burdock!. that's all i can think of!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are several vegetarian rolls that have only vegetables!. Do you not like any seafood or just the raw!? Something like spider roll has tempura softshell crab which is fully cooked might be good!. California roll does have fish in it, but cooked and you can't really taste it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sushi is awesome!. If you don't like seafood don't eat Sushi!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love the cucumber roll! But it is hard for me to get it because I am allergic to shellfish and other seafoods!. Normally they make it- and they don't wash their hands in between rolls, so some of it gets in my roll, and bam- itchy tight throat suprise in my cucumber roll!.
Sooo!.!. I suggest buying or getting at the library The Asian Vegan Kitchen by Hema Parekh- it has the perfect sushi roll without the seafood :) And tells you step-by-step how to make the rice, to rolling the roll!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can normally get:

cucumber/avocado
carrot/cucumber with tofu OR egg

I've never seen any other vegetarian sushi but I make it at home and there's lots of options because you can put exactly what you want in it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
