Chicken Shashlik - Like tikka and served on a sizzler, but also has onions & peppers!. Very tasty & very mild - but not saucy, but as others have said - you cant get a low cal saucy curry - not even a tomato based one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Curries are hot because they add hot peppers to the mix, request that they use a mild curry !.!.!. curry is also not a fattening food , it 's the oils and coconut milks that attributes to it high fat content!.

Order any curry you want, just ask for it mild!. Most restaurant curries are made with butter & cream, so as far as your diet goes ---- just enjoy your daughter's bday!

Otherwise order the tandoori, tikka or kebabs --- they are all grilled and not too spicy!. Satisfies everybody this way!Www@FoodAQ@Com
