Come to Brooklyn, New York, eat at good Jewish Delicatessen and you'll know!. You'll know! A schmear of chopped liver, a bowl of matzoh ball soup, some derma, maybe some kasha vanishkes, kreplach, and a nice kugel!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jewish people will not eat shellfish or Pork!. However, they will eat pretty much anything else!. Some suggestions:

Bagels, Gefilte fish, herring, pilchards, salmon balls, matzo, bread!.

I will gladly give you 1 of my favorite and smash hits side dishes:
FINOCCHIO IN TEGAME
(Italian Braised Fennel)
3 large fennel bulbs (about 1 lb each)
2 TBSP olive oil
1 small onion, chopped ( about 1/4 c)
2 c Chicken broth
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1!. Rinse the fennel wee!. Cut off the root ends and leaves!. Cut the bulbs in half lengthwise
2!. Heat oil in a large skillet over med!. heat!. Add the onion and saute until soft and translucent, 5-10 min!.
3!. Add the fennel, stirring to coat!. Add the broth and bring to boil!. Cook, uncovered, over med!. heat or bake in a 350-degree oven until tender, about 30 min!.
Season with salt and pepper!.
Rounded bulbs are male and the flattened bulbs are female!. Some cooks claim that female bulbs are more flavorful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

do not mix any dairy food with meat!!! all food must have a stamp or logo on the back of package say its cosher!Www@FoodAQ@Com

matzo balls, kosher beef, whatever you do, DO NOT serve pork in any style form or fashion! That means no pepperoni, no salami, no ham, no pork chops period! They don't eat pork it's against their religion!. also no dairy and meat, hence NO cheese burgers, NO chicken parmigiana and also they don't eat shellfish!
