Cat meat is difficult to prepare, tough to find, and far more expensive than chicken!.!.!.and despite what so many people like to say, it doesn't actually taste that much like chicken, so it would be difficult to make General Tso's Chicken look & taste right using cat meat rather than chicken!.!.!.

In China, some restaurants do serve meals that have amounts of cat and/or dog meat in them!. However, I'm pretty sure no Chinese restaurants in the U!.S!. are allowed by the Department of Health to be run!. If there are places like that, then they'll probably be shut down!.
