I would say no!. The Ethiopia flat bread injera is very soft!. It's more like a very thin, soft pancake than bread!. It has no sturdiness to make anything resembling a pizza!. It would turn to mush if you tried to bake toppings onto it!.
They do serve the injera on a big plate with scoops of different foods on top, but you can't eat it like a pizza!. You pull off a piece of the bread and wrap it around a pinch of food, then eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont think so but there is an ethiopian bread!.!.!. i guess u can find the recipe and try to use it as base for the pizzaWww@FoodAQ@Com
