Question: I used too much lemon juice in my hummus, help!?
I went by sight and didn't measure, and now my hummus is overpowered by lemon!. What can I do to cut it down!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try adding more tahini to the hummus!. The creamy taste of the tahini should counteract the acidic lemon taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Either add more chick peas, tahini, additional garlic could help or some sour cream, but then it would not be hummus any more, just a tasy dip!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

and more taheena !.!.
but not too much !.!.
it might thiken then !.!.
